The Incubator Farm provides access to land, commercial kitchen space, laboratory space, equipment, housing, and support, to local farm, herbal, and food businesses. Earthworks Farm-to-Table Catering
Chef Ed Winebarger specializes in high-end catering, using produce grown on his 7-acre organic farm in his menus. A Johnson and Wales graduate with over 20 years of kitchen experience, Earthworks Catering is available for custom, epicurean catering all over the High Country. Adara Collective
Adara Collective is a small herbal company located in Happy Valley NC, founded in 2020 by two herbalists, Aranyani Notestine and Dillon Dalrymple.
Their mission is to restore natural medicine traditions through herbal coaching, education, and the use of natural products, incorporating their combined knowledge from the Eastern and Ayurvedic herbal practices while also honoring the Cherokee & Appalachian medicine traditions. Their vision is to see communities take a balanced approach to healthcare, integrating herbal medicine into their daily lives as a routine, a ritual, and a preventative for chronic illness.
